Privacy Policy

SnookerFlow ("SnookerFlow", "we", "us") is operated by an individual developer, currently reachable at contact@snookerflow.app. This policy explains what data SnookerFlow collects, why, and how you can control it. It applies to the SnookerFlow web app and its public overlay/tournament pages.

What we collect

Account data. When you sign in, we store your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile photo as provided by Google. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth — we never see or store your password (magic-link sign-in has no password), and we never see your Google credentials.

Match & player data. Anything you enter to run a match — player and team names, scores, break history, tournament brackets, table/venue names, and any club or sponsor logos or player photos you upload — is stored against your account.

Payment data. Paid plans are billed through Creem, our payment processor and merchant of record. Creem collects and processes your card details directly — SnookerFlow never receives or stores your card number, expiry, or CVC. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status (plan, active/canceled) and a Creem customer/subscription reference ID, used solely to grant the correct plan features.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. SnookerFlow has no third-party analytics, ad, or tracking scripts of any kind.

Public by design: overlays and tournament pages

The OBS stream overlay (/overlay/:matchId) and public tournament bracket pages are intentionally viewable without signing in, since they're meant to be shown on a stream or shared with tournament participants. Anyone with the link can see the match/tournament data on that page — don't share an overlay or tournament link for a match you don't want publicly visible.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data, ever. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers SnookerFlow runs on, each acting as a processor on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Creem — payment processing for paid plans (merchant of record).
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
• Vercel — hosting for the web app itself.

How long we keep data

We keep your account and match data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (or ask us to), we delete your data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep billing records for legal or tax purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@snookerflow.app. As a solo-operated project, we handle these requests manually and will respond as promptly as we can.

Children

SnookerFlow isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as SnookerFlow changes — for example, if it moves from an individually-operated project to a registered business entity. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of SnookerFlow after a change means you accept the updated policy.
