Terms of Service

SnookerFlow is operated by an individual developer, currently reachable at contact@snookerflow.app ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using SnookerFlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

SnookerFlow is a snooker/pool scoring and refereeing tool: live match scoring, a shot clock, a stream overlay for OBS, match history, and (on paid plans) additional features like tournaments, sponsor slideshows, and multi-table dashboards. Free-tier features remain free — we won't take away something you're using for free and put it behind a paywall without notice.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SnookerFlow for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• Upload content (logos, photos, names) you don't have the right to use.
• Resell or white-label SnookerFlow without our written permission.

Paid plans & billing

Paid plans (Pro, Club) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Creem, our payment processor and merchant of record — Creem, not SnookerFlow, is the seller of record for your subscription and handles payment collection, card storage, and applicable sales tax.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time; your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't currently offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Pricing is shown in your local currency as a best-effort conversion for convenience — the amount actually charged is determined at checkout by Creem.

Your content

You own the match, player, and tournament data you create, and any logos or photos you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and display that content back to you (and, for content on public overlay/tournament pages, to anyone with the link) as part of operating the service. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for anything beyond running SnookerFlow for you.

Service availability

SnookerFlow is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, especially during live matches, but as a solo-operated project we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime and aren't liable for lost data, missed matches, or other damages arising from downtime or bugs, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using SnookerFlow and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SnookerFlow evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
