Tournaments & Brackets

Running a tournament

Requires Club

  1. From Tournaments, tap New tournament — set a name, a best-of length, and a seeding method (as-entered, random, or manual).
  2. Add participants by name (with an optional photo). Seeds are assigned automatically as you add players; with manual seeding you can reorder them with the up/down arrows before generating the bracket.
  3. Tap Generate bracket once you have at least 2 participants — this locks the roster; participants can't be added or removed after this point.
  4. On a ready match card, tap Start to create its scoreboard match and open the referee pad.
  5. When a frame set finishes, tap Complete and confirm the winner — the bracket advances them to the next round automatically.

Fixing a mistake

Reopen clears a recorded result and un-eliminates that player, clearing their advancement too — but only while the next round hasn't started yet, since a different winner can't safely be threaded back through an already-played match.

Reusing a bracket

Duplicate tournament (available once a tournament is complete) copies the name, format, and full participant list into a fresh tournament — handy for a recurring weekly event.

Deleting a tournament removes its bracket and participant list, but any matches already played stay in Match History — they just stop being linked to the tournament.
